HERE TO HELP

What to expect

At your initial appointment I listen to you as you explain why you have come to physiotherapy and what your goals are. I ask relevant questions and conduct a physical examination. We then discuss my findings, decide on the most suitable treatment options available to you and begin treatment. We will continue treatment in the subsequent appointments.

How long is an appointment

You will need to allow approximately 45 minutes for your Initial Consultation (75 minutes for a Womens Pelvic Floor initial consultation) and 30 minutes for the subsequent consultations. Extended consultations are available, as needed. Please note: each new episode of care will require a new initial consultation, to ensure I have adequate time to assess you and provide the most appropriate care.

How do I book?

Bookings are made by our book online page, calling, messaging or emailing me directly. Please note, this is NOT a walk- in practice, bookings are strictly by appointment only.

Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive an online intake form and any other relevant information for your appointment.

Do new patients need a referral?

You don’t need a referral to come to the clinic as a private client.

Can I claim my Private Health Insurance?

Yes. A Hicaps terminal is available for on the spot claims from your health fund.

Do you offer TeleHealth?

Yes, telehealth is available if required.

Do you cover workers compensation and compulsory third party (CTP)?

Workers Compensation and CTP claims are accepted (you will need a claim number from your insurer and a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy before you begin treatment).

Am I eligiable for Medicare Cover?

Medicare does NOT automatically cover physiotherapy. However, Medicare EPC plans are accepted with the appropriate paperwork (your GP will determine if you are eligible).

What if I am a Department of Veterans Affair (DVA) patient?

DVA clients are accepted. A specific Doctor’s referral is required.

Do you provide home visits?

No, unfortunately I am usually unable to provide home visits. However I may be able to help in Picnic Point, Panania, Revesby or East Hills at an additional cost, if my schedule allows at the time.
